To ensure you have a full grasp of the status of your shipment, we will provide detailed photos/videos of the packaging for your confirmation before shipment. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your different needs for time and cost.

Transportation options 1: Shipping by Air

Air shipments is the preferred option for time-sensitive customers and usually delivers goods to their destination within 1 week. You will receive detailed tracking information of the waybill within 1-2 working days after delivery, which is convenient for you to keep track of the logistics dynamics. It should be specially reminded that all import duties and taxes need to be borne by you when choosing air transportation.

Transportation options 2: Shipping by Sea

If you choose to ship by sea, you’ll need to wait around 35-50 days to receive your uninterruptible power supply(UPS) with built-in lithium battery. For large volume orders, sea freight is a more economical choice. We have two flexible shipping options: if you choose FOB Shenzhen, we will arrange booking with your freight forwarder; if you choose door-to-door service, our professional shipping agent will be responsible for customs clearance and deliver the goods directly to your warehouse.

Important Notes:

Out-of-control factors: During transportation, force majeure factors such as weather effects, port operation delays or customs inspections may be encountered, and these situations may lead to the extension of the transportation cycle by several weeks. Therefore, we suggest that if you have strict requirements on the arrival time, please carefully evaluate the actual needs before making a choice.

Tariff / Tax: Regarding the import tariff, the specific rate depends entirely on the customs policy of your country/region. Especially for the first time to import lithium UPS from China, we strongly recommend you to contact your local customs office in advance to know the detailed regulations. Please note that if the goods are rejected due to tariff issue, the related loss should be borne by the ordering party.
